The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Sanders Crossing Home Owners Association will be held on October 19th, 2026 at 6:00pm
The meeting will be held at the Rosenwald Community Center located at:
1332 NC Hwy 343 S.
South Mills, NC 27976At the meeting an election of the Board of Directors will be held for all Open Positions. Board member terms are one (1) year.
The 2027 budget will be ratified at this meeting as well.

August 18, 2026 Meeting Summary
The application has been submitted for NCDOT to take over ownership of the roads. We are still waiting to hear back updates from the state regarding the progress of our application.There are a number of places around the neighborhood where trees are growing into and over the road - many of the trees are obstructing traffic, hanging far enough to hit cars, buses, etc. These will need to be trimmed back.It was asked about the mowing around the Black Bear common area entrance - the steel plates will need to be moved to allow proper landscaping in that area.The large rocks lining the road at the Long Pine/Black Bear intersection at the road repair are available to anyone who would like them.There has been an issue with loose trash being left/thrown outside around the neighborhood; please make sure proper receptacles are being used.
